We are Benedictine nuns founded in 1977 from the Abbey of Regina Laudis. We sing the traditional Gregorian Chant.

Our works are Prayer and Hospitality. Guests are able to join us in both. We have two small guest houses. Inquire to Mother Hildegard (mhildegard@rockisland.com) Guestmistress.

Since the beginning of our life here in the Island, we have raised Minor Breed Livestock, mainly Highland Cattle, and Cotswold sheep. We sell breeding stock as well as wool from our sheep and llamas and alpacas.
